Every once in awhile you will get what is referred to as a "Hot Spot" on your cigar...

I've found that keeping a glass of water handy works best...so if your cigar hot spots on ya... just dunk it right into that glass an she'll cool right down on ya...

Just another Helpful Hint...

You're welcome...

Experiencing an uneven burn, or is your roll "running" on one side? Moisten the wrapper under the "run" with a little spit applied with your finger tip, then apply flame to the slow-burning side.

Used to be a popular technique with the roll-your-own crowd.

Personally I like dipping my cigar in booze (bourbon) instead of water to remedy a "hot spot" and/or to moisten the tip. Adds to the flavor, both for the cigar and the booze.

Dude, you're awesome. Another great one. I live this. After it's wet, I cut it and relight it and pray it doesnt get as hot again. If it does, redo process over.

Thx again

Does it have to be distilled water or can it be tapped water?
