Same guy has a different lighter on sale there for 10 cents cheaper! Some Chinese places dont do decimals so good...or being truthful...

Gold Man Windproof Refillable Butane Gas Jet Torch Flame Cigarette Cigar Lighter

and get it for 3 bucks?
