I'm wondering if this sort of thing happens to anyone else:
It matters not what I am doing, it'll come on whether I'm bull****ting around on the computer or hip-deep in a big hunk of hot steel. I just suddenly smell the cigar.
I don't mean some smoke wafts over from the neighbor, or I walk by an overly fragrant humidor. A fair amount of the time I'm not even in a place where I've smoked before. There's no reason to being smelling a cigar other than my brain offering up some sort of sweet hallucination.
My nose fills with the warm, friendly scent of a cigar fresh out of the cellophane. Sometimes it'll be followed by the faint taste of good smoke, but that's not too often.
It just happened again right now.
Maybe I'll get an MRI. Or another cigar.
