I like the Four kicks, Jericho Hill, and La Imperiosa.
Figured I'd give the Northern a try.
2 months in my humi...........probably not long enough?

Wrapper no-burn issues right off the bat, which then transitioned nicely into tunneling.
Flavors muted and muddled due to burn issues.....
That was the first half....

Second half........after serious purging and torching........it started to burn properly..........but would go out if you didn't hit it good every 45 seconds. Flavors show potential, but nothing jumped out, other than the smoke was thick, heavy, almost oily.............at least it wasn't nasty.

Meh...........hoping I got a bad one...........and hoping with 6 months more humi time they improve.

I've never had one but I'd give it a revisit just in case.

I've heard people say the Southern was much better.

If you look at the going bid prices they usually go for more as well.

I just tried the Northern as it's the bid I won.........at my price.
I may try the Southern..............or not........it's apparently more "full bodied" than the Northern.........that's sounds like a pretty heavy cigar, as the Northern was pretty dang close to full imo.
I'll do an update sometime in Winter.

and .. Shame on you ........I gots plenty of good ones.........

I've had one last night. You're right. They suck. Absolutely terrible. Stay away.

I bought a single. I had burn issues and the flavors were close to non-existent. I will not be revisiting any time soon.
It rested about 2 months only.
Too many other proven options to smoke.

Not impressed with the few Northerns I smoked. Don't remember if I had a Southern...
