So, what is this?

A guy gave it to me a couple of nights ago in a Punch Punch tubo, but it doesn't seem like a matchup to me.

Just talked to the guy who gave it to me. He knew it was Dominican and just put it in that tubo for keeping.

When he gave it to me, we were just passing on our bicycles... he was leaving the Vets Hall as I pulled in. Didn't have time to discuss it.
