Delta - if they stop taking days off, it'll be a great one! I have another pretty amazing bunch of kids...a couple of nucking futbag parents, but I'd have to hand off the kiddo to another teacher to be rid of them, so...I guess I'll settle for blocking their number and drinking after school on their "trigger" days lol.

Green tea, please. Almost bedtime.

I got attracted to this site for the angry squirrel discussion, but everyone is aten and dranken.........soooo... any squirrel recipes?

Dice a potato and small onion. Rinse fresh green beans from garden. Clean squirrel as required.

Fry some bacon in an iron skillet, remove to drain- fry squirrel parts, potato, onion and green beans until tender. Plate with a slice or two of bread to soak up the juice/fat and enjoy.

Drink of choice to wash it down.

Tastes like chicken.

Which I had tonight.

Slow cooker w/cranberries onion soup mix, other crap over rice.

We all kinda liked it.

Just finished watching a Netflix with my princess.
1) apparently, someone made an (ill advised) angry birds MOVIE. I'm not sure anyone really knows why.
2) for a movie that is (supposedly) aimed at the kiddie market, it's pretty risqué for younger ones. Thinking specifically of the "large beer-bellied eagle scratching himself, then walking to the edge of a ledge overlooking a lake that the "hero" birds have been swimming in and drinking from, and peeing into said lake for approximately twenty minutes (okay more like 3-5), and the "pig with two toilet plungers on his chest shaking them like a really cold, homely stripper" scenes, among others.
3) I actually sat through the damn thing, and isn't that just sad.

What kind of desserts does this place have? Had half of a 3/4 ton Costco chicken Caesar salad for dinner, so I'm feeling like I deserve dessert. Something that goes with ice cream. Also, what kind of ice cream do you have?

Ooh, hook me up with one of the caramel drumsticks, please! I get a big variety box of those things sometimes; chocolate is gone immediately, followed by caramel. We're not going to tell anyone that I usually hide a caramel one and a chocolate in the frozen veggie drawer so I can go after them when there's nothing but plain vanilla drumsticks left inthe box.

Straight-up frozen snickers are even bomb-ier!
Nothing is as good as a frozen Twix though.

My wife freezes all her candy bars, I don't understand it myself. Freezing them seems to take a lot of the flavor out of them, kind of like "ice cold" beer.

Not that I worry to much about it anyway, I don't ever eat but maybe 5 candy bars a year.

I'm with Napalm...don't like freezing candy bars. My SIL loves frozen Reeses Peanutbutter cups with vanilla ice cream. I couldn't taste the chocolate or the peanut butter, He said you're supposed to put it in your mouth and hold it til it melts...I thought that was silly. Just take a bite of the candy, chew, swallow, then a spoon of ice cream...mo bedda...

Ice cream is the ultimate comfort food.
Not only will it make a better day better but a bowl of your favorite on your worst day just can't be beat.
I find it'll cheer you up, relieve stress-anger, negates sorrow.
It's hard to not feel better when spooning (your favorite written here) ice cream.
Should be recommended by doctors, psychologists and dietitians.

Coffee-Heath bar ice cream and a couple of Tums, please. Not the Ben & Jerry's ice cream; they started losing me when they got so political, and finished losing me when they replaced the Heath Bars with some nasty tasting off-brand crap toffee bar.
You guys need to plow your parking lot. Had to put on the snowmobile boots to get through the drifts!
