I left a nice message with customer service (not cbid) yesterday... left my name twice, number twice, account number, and a pretty clear explanation that I had cigars I shouldn't have...I haven't heard anything back...

I'll call again, but if I don't hear anything back, how many times is a man expected to call before giving up and just smoking them?

You're thinking of wes craven, the children's author... little known fact: his real name is actually Theodore Geisel...

I did not know that... and I'm a man who's well acquainted with comedians from the silent era, so I'm surprised... learn something everyday...

Here's my reasoning:
They made a mistake and sent you a box you did not order.
If you did not pay for it, but have contacted them to return it and they have not returned your calls or sent a return shipping label... it was divine providence. It's a gift from God. You get to keep them.
If you were charged, they're yours... either smoke 'em, or return them and ask to be reimbursed for shipping, as well.

Even though it wasn't a cbid order can we still blame it on site maintenance here ruining your order from ____x___?

I made an order, about half of it showed up... what was missing was $120 in DE samplers... what was in its place was the la boheme's... and an aging room sampler... and a 10er of macanudo gold...

I had the same kind of thing happen to me last year.I won 2 singles of the La Palina Pashas in the coffins and they sent me 2 full boxes of them (40 coffins). As nice as they looked I took my 2 out and returned to Cbid.
