"Oh, we only release non-violent offenders". I'd have to disagree. I think his two victims would disagree if they could.
If their are no serious consequences for bad behavior, be it violent or not, what's the motivation to change?
Jerry Brown can suck my ass. He, and all the criminal loving politicians in this state. Off the d-bags on death row already, and make the consequences for committing crimes more than 'adult day care' like it is now.
