A friend came over to herf last Sunday and he brought a couple RyJ lot 95 ser B robustos.
Halfway through the cigar the herbal notes started to really came to the front end like a laser. I had to look up the blend on the cigar and the wrapper was Indonesian TBN.
Further research I came across the TBN co. in Indonesia was working on a cigar line with a blend of 100% Indo tobacco called Montague.
Just curious how it was.
Don't see them anywhere so maybe they sucked.
Just wondering, anyone?

Careful...this cigar was in the stable of our host Swedish Match and was cloaked in an Indonesian Vorstenlanden tobacco and a Brazilian Mata Fina. Both with a unique taste complex.

Hi
One of the whitest ash I have ever seen on a cigar, burns evenly, and not bad for its strange collection of tobaccos;Overall an ok yard cigar.

Maddman and Q, thanks guys. I won't bother looking for it. A quick search and it looks like they have gone by the wayside.

Anyone looking for that herbal twang in a nice cigar,
the R y J Discovery Series wasn't to bad a smoke for a change of pace.

Hi
Montague cigars man the things that sold back in the day.
