Yeah... and it's too bad that cigarbid is the only place on the planet you can get them.

Maybe he's like me and has a lot of money tied up in their que since the 10th (about $100 a day or so on average) and haven't received a single stick. I cant go 'elsewhere' since this money is locked up on account of my bids being a contract.

Granted I haven't called (assuming I can get through) to ask them to let me out of my orders. I am guessing they would if I asked nicely and I may if this goes on much longer.

So here's an academic question for all you armchair CEO's. What would you do if you were Keith Meier (Granted, without knowing what's really going on on the inside, its impossible to really make an informed decision) I see 3 options to salvage as much company reputation and money as possible.

1) Not take any new orders until they are caught up.
2) Keep taking orders but cancel all backlogged ones with a mass email apologizing and pleading for everyone to re-order if desired.
3) Change nothing and hope they don't trigger a mass exodus. Maybe hire and train some temps to try and catch up.

Or

4) Something I haven't thought of.

Wait what? Bidding system is still chugging away, why would it not be time to bid?

Also, I can't be out of money. I still have checks in my checkbook.
