Not to hear her tell the story ... I'm SO glad this bitch isn't MY congressman (person?) even though mine's actually no better (self proclaimed acolyte of Pelosi) ... Seriously though, I was a civil service employee for almost ten years, I quit. I always had the top score on civil service tests but they were combined with an arbitrary promotability score. was not promoted because I was too young and there were others, that while worthless or almost worthless, had. "Put in their time., were promised a promotion by a friend/family/etc. Brick wall They needed me where I was because I was willing to work and do a good job. I finally quit and made the jump to the private sector, I've never looked back.
