First they don't ship for 2 to 3 weeks and now the won items I've been waiting for have all been removed from my items won folder.
Thanks C bid, you are a buch of clowns.

I did, they're all gone. I emailed them last week with no response, check that, I guess their response was to delete all of my won bids. I have serious questions about keeping my cc info on file with a business of this caliber. Lost a member, easier bidding for the rest of you.
I was going to add a rant, but why. screw cigar bid. There's other sites, JRs has an auction. Famous Smoke.com has never fuucked me, there's options.

You have to hit "all" on the history tab. I can see every one of my transactions since I joined in 2015.

go if you must, but it would be remiss of me if I allowed you to leave without this bit of wisdom for you to cherish for the rest of your life...

Lance, the company has serious issues the passed couple of weeks. If you still want your won items I would keep trying to get a hold of customer service by phone and email. They will make good of the problem. Sorry to hear you got shafted.

Yeah they're good at working with you; just give them time to sort it out and don't be **** on the phone with them.

Thanks Frank, I'll try and remember the lesson. There is options??? I is mad at cbid.
Yes I hit all and the orders placed after Feb 9 are gone. I don't know that I feel shafted so much, maybe disregarded.

I know there are a lot of guys here who think cbid can do no wrong and will ridicule anyone who complains or asks
About problems. But this latest screw up is taking forever to fix and they still have a way to go. This cluster F is bad enough but when you can't get through to customer service and they don't post anything about it then customers have a right to bitch. The ITmanager being incompetent is bad enough but the customer service department not being up front with customers is a disgrace. No decent company should treat its customers like crap 💩

y'know, I hate to be a stickler, but one does not "try and" do at the same time. Did one try, or did one do? One does, however, try TO do things quite often.

Good luck remembering these vital points of proper communication.

Oh, you may also feel free to tell me to shut the **** up at any time. The Lovely Caren has been doing same all weekend.

You will be missed.

This post has just prompted me to write down ALL THE DATES, TIMES AND LOT NUMBERS I HAVE WON OVER THE LAST 20? Days....

I spent BOO KOO TIME making and winning those lots...

I need those facts, dates, TIMES AND LOT #'s written down if they get deleted like yours did?

I still love C-BID.

When I hit the orders button for 30 Days nothing shows up, that tells me they're at least 20 Days beind
And dropping back farther? Possibly.

I suggest others who WON lots recently do the same.
