Hey y'all. I'm sure you've seen the 40 smoke "fresh-rolled" Cuban Wheel one day sale that just dropped on CI by now. I'm new to CI and CB so this sale is a first for me but the way its written, sounds like something CI does fairly often.

Anyone know what company makes these for CI?

How often do they run this sale?

If you nabbed the deal How were the Rosados?

How were the connecticut shades?

Did you get the torpedo or churchill.

For just over a buck a piece I guess you cant really go wrong, but $50 is $50.

Thanks for any input from folks who have tried this deal before.

Apparently Perdomo still makes that one.

The ones that are on sale, I have no idea who makes them.

I remember back in 2009 when the toros were $90 for a wheel of 50.

Now they're $130 for a wheel of only 40.

That's an over 80% price increase per cigar!

Let this be a lesson to all... buy early, buy cheaper (and as a bonus, age longer!)

I bought a wheel back when they were introduced. Still suffering through them years later. They aren't bad -- just non-descript. You could do worse, but it's easy to do better.

For what it's worth, I have not found this to be the case for all cigars.

Good quality sticks get better with age. Fair or lesser quality do not really improve all that much, and in many cases become bland and non descript - especially if they are in storage with other sticks. Long-fillers age better than short-fill, etc.

I generally only deal with high-quality stuff, so it's not an issue for me.

Glad you like it! I wanted to do a dramatic angle/perspective shot so it'd look extra-cool.

Still here. To be called classless buy a doofus that comes to a cigar forum for legal advice is potently impotent. Speaking of class, the bell rang Junior, time to go back in. Don't want to miss reading circle again!

Moron, I never ask for legal advice- most lawyers are stupid and I love to outwit them in court. Give up cigars and do something you can handle- like maybe planting posies.
