Still riding the Muddy train:

The London Muddy Waters Sessions

Found the album in a cutout bin for $1.99 back in '76 or '77...snapped it up in a heartbeat.

77 F / 76% RH / 0 mph - warm afternoon, even with a decent breeze, almost turned the a/c on

Gabby Pahinui - Pure Gabby

Truly the king of slack key guitar. In my book, there's Gabby, followed by everyone else. Always regret never seeing him in person.

The Clash - Sandinista!

Coulda been one helluva single album. Or a damn good double. Instead, a bloated triple. Oh well....

77 F / 68% RH / 7 mph - still voggy

Once again, the entire TIme I album by Wintersun... new album coming out in July...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=alo7A0NLmxU

Symphonic/Folk melodic Black metal... or some combination of words that express that it has electric guitars, a symphony, a choir, and a few synths thrown in for good measure...

Best of Styx -

This was released after just four albums....before any of that Sail Away-era crap. Its a shame that few people younger than 50 (or more?) have a clue that this was pretty decent rock and roll band before they became the ultimate model of how to sell-your-rock-and-roll-soul for a buck
