I just heard Tailgator stole one of those duck boats by cramming the whole thing up his bum. Worst thing ever. He is a bad (or sick) man. I've got no evidence but im not in the business of evidence. Its the police that should investigate. Damn they were fast to investigate and say there is no boat in tailgators bum.

Gotta be a swift boat...

...speaking of fast investigations... why would anyone want to throw the switch now after years of engaging in slow, laborious, repetitive, monotonous, fruitless, time wasting, costly, witch hunting, fishing expedition-type investigations???

There appear to be plenty of suspicious dots, of actual data/facts that may be evidence of criminal behavior or malfeasance, to connect here...with a primary goal that is essential: protecting the integrity of our nation's electoral process from outside influence by an adversarial country run by a ruthless dictator who does not share our values, and is considered a threat by, and to, many of our allies.

Actually, the more we know about the Russian thingy, the more we should realize that we were played.

The wire tapping is ridiculous. I get it. It's an allegation from a single source with no proof.

But it appears that the Russian ties were possibly generated (maybe falsely) and reported by a single source, but multiple outlets ran with it giving it the appearance of having teeth.

Either way, I'm not talking about the actual investigations, but rather the reaction by those who simply hate Trump.

I didn't think you were a Trump diehard, tail..

I get that Trump diehards don't care what he says or does, as long as he builds the wall, brings jobs back, repeals and replaces Obamacare with something better, keep the Muslims out...

...but an objective and rational citizen should be concerned about the Presidency of the U.S. and our credibility in the world when the current one persistently lies, shows enough concern about his and his family's businesses to raise the suspicion of conflicts of interest, slanders the judiciary, slanders his predecessor, slanders and ignores his intelligence departments, shows a contempt for and ignorance of the facts and the basics of law, surrounds himself with people with questionable connections, and sends a spokesperson out on a daily basis to entertain rather than inform...

...sure, the never Trumpsters were looking to find fault, but...he's making it so easy...

If Hillary was President and some of her campaign staff had connections to, accepted money from, did business in China, and the CIA said they think China helped her during the electoral process, the GOP controlled House would have begun impeachment proceedings already, no hearings needed...

This is the problem.
You hate trump SO MUCH that you consider anything less than like-minded fervor to be the acts of a "die hard".

I called his allegations "ridiculous". I agreed there was "no proof".
And for that? I am accused of being a die hard.

You have some valid points, my friend, but you make it difficult to take you seriously when it's obvious that reasonable conversation on this subject will be impossible.

Sorry tail, I should have been more specific in my rant...I was referring to your dismissal of the "Russian thingy". Only a diehard would say that we should move on, there's nothing to see here...

It's not like-minded fervor (OK, maybe protective and patriotic fervor) to want to get to the truth about another country's interference in our democratic process.

If Hillary or Obama were in the same predicament that Trump is in, can you honestly say your reaction would be "there is nothing there"?

The highlighted area sounds an AWFULLY LOT like a description of Barry Soetoros and after eight loooong grueling years under that LIAR and hater of our Constitution. He used our courts to usurp constitutional law and pass laws the American people DID NOT WANT then and don't want now.
Questionable connections?? How quickly we forget how many of Barry' selection for cabinet positions had to either step down or decline the position for some reason and ultimately ended up back in local or state politics where he first found them in the Capitol of Criminal behavior....Chitcago. And you wanna talk about slandering??? How about the way Barry slandered Law Enforcement whenever the opportunity presented itself?

Thank GOD we avoided that, hell she and Bill have enough questionable business dealings using the Office and or their Clinton Global Initiative charities ( I laugh when I type that ) cuz well...it's a laugh.

Thanks for the clarification.

And I would agree in principle. BUT...
I just see a situation where the "evidence" was stronger at the very beginning, which is the opposite of what happens when something is true.

What specifically are we even talking about?
How did Russia influence the election and how is it tied to Trump?

It's like we're looking for "something", and we'll figure out what it is later.

And if we're talking about leaks (only), then I don't even think it's a big deal. Because partisan sentiment is more angry at the leak than they are for the info leaked.

Basically, I think we're at the point where the (mainstream) media has pounded the "Russian" connection so hard that everybody thinks that "something" must have happened, and it must have been bad, and Trump is in cahoots.
