Now, we all know that Cigar Bid is wayyyy behind on their orders. I've tried calling numerous times to get in touch, and sometimes wait on hold for over an hour. Often, to no avail.
One of the problems that I'm experiencing is, I'm getting emails of packages being delivered, but no info as to what I am being shipped.
Last week, a package was said to being delivered. When I got it, it was a light box. I opened it, only to find a pack of flints I won. Looking at the size of the box compared to the size of the flints package, it was quite a large difference.
I've spoken a few times to a representative, and was assured I would receive my packages.
Having gotten a big box with just flints in it is a slap in the face.
I've been as patient as I can be.
It has gotten really frustrating not being able to speak to someone to get to the bottom of this. I was told there are only 2 representatives in customer service. I understand how frustrating that is for them, but when you spend $256 on an order and only get a pack of flints, it surely is a slap in the face.

I would fully document this incident, and any future, into my "Serious Injuries" diary.

Seriously they are way behind. Cigarbid should have thrown the brakes on weeks ago but it doesn't look like they will. So quit bidding if you haven't already.

For $256 you could have gotten a nice box of Bolivar Corona Gigantes.

Just saying.

Ha, they tried to do that one to me yesterday! All you have to do is use the UPS app. It'll tell you the weight of the package. Then you can guess as to whether or not you have a good big mystery box or something filled with air.

Now you know and knowing is half the battle!

I ordered clothes from Old Navy last Sunday and only a portion of the order has shown up. I am getting a little worried the silica packets in the clothes will go bad before they arrive and we all know the shelf life of clothes without those packets, they won't last 5 years without them. I am not happy about the stress they are causing me.

Old Navy didn't have any phones. Call MACS and have him flag signal them.

But how with they replenish the silica packets in my clothes? Email says shipping but no info.

I noticed that today. I got a huge box with only one box of cigars in it.

well, I'd call that progress ... AND, that's one hell of a lot better than a really small box with a great many cigars stuffed and crammed into it ...
