Didn't the Gold guy cause a couple of scuffles? Didn't he get into it with Country about fishing or some damn thing and country posted a hilariously photoshopped picture of him and another botl that has passed away holding a HUGE fish..(delta something or other?)

that doesn't ring a bell....I was looking at some of his dustups....90% of his posts were on his own threads about himself...jimmy, wtjvj, fgm...all had shouting matches with him....jet, tho about came through the interwebs to choke him

I was the one and only cigar smoker at his annual Christmas party this past December ... none of the usual cigar suspects were there, including Zippy, Slimboli (who has quit smoking completely) and Thunder Gerbil ... and it was nice weather, too ...

Talking about guys we miss, here's one that's a bit of a mystery ... Danno114 ...

I tried calling him on his birthday and a woman answered, but said that while I had her husbands name right, I had the wrong number ... now, I've called him on that number many a time in the past and have sent trades to him at the address she confirmed as being correct BUT still maintained I had the wrong number ..

Maybe some of you MA guys can tell me what's up with Dan ... .

BTW......I was asked by PM who I thought Magwitch was......I've always wondered if it was Country just dropping in occasionally to drop some goodness on us. Those of us that remember him knew how damn funny he was. No inside info...just a hunch.

Skipper sent me some local Little Havana smokes years ago that were some of the best I ever smoked. I wish to heck I could remember the brand. They were NOT El Titan de Bronze. I can't remember what they were. They were rolled in a weird way as I recall. Each leaf was rolled into a tube and then bundled into a cigar. They were phenomenal and I KNOW not cheap.

Ok....I looked it up. These were Entubados and they were NOT Berger & Argenti. If I recall, it was a small shop owned by a Mother and son. VERY boutique.

Possible......jimmy didn't seem that smart to me. Even down to the name...Magwitch. Do you think jimmy ever read Dickens? It just "felt" like Country to me. Probably wrong.

Who was the guy ?

Who COMPLAINED ABOUT VIETNAMESE
FISHING at his favorite FISHING spot near a damn
Spillway....

He said the VIETNAMESE were there everyday
Catching bluegills, crapies, carp, catfish, fat head
Minnows, small illegal bass ...etc..
And THEY KEPT EVERY FISH THEY CAUGHT AND NONE OF THEM HAD FISHING LICENSES...

NO WAY YOU COULD DO THAT IN PENNSYLVANIA...
the FISH wardens would fine them everyday and never give up...

He might a had a FISHING "handle" ???

Was that the one about football bets?

He seemed okay to me, he picked me up in a PIB and sent some good smokes. 'Course, that was before he started losing all those football wagers.

What about Hillbillyjosh ? He vanished then showed up again for a brief time and vanished again.
Sems like a lot of folks come for a while and vanish - where's Cacman and will he return ?
I used to annoy Qmpash, but he left after they banned him for something he didn't understand and only showed back up once or twice. Wish I knew what his current favorite cigars were so I could avoid them.
