Forbes magazine interviewed Eric Trump, the President's son. He said they never talk about the family business, even though they talk nearly everyday. He said that when they do talk business, it's just summaries, bottom-lines and such, and those conversations happen like, quarterly.

Who believes that Trump's son Eric is more honest than his Dad?

With Ivanka and Jared getting positions in the WH and Melania having said she expects to make at least $500 million from her experience as the First Lady, can they avoid conflicts of interest? Anyone still think that the Trumps have America's interest as their first priority?

You're a delusional boob if you really still are with her! Give up the Hillary obsession. Their priority is to steal stuff from the White House...oh wait...already did that!

Remember statements like if you are under investigation by the FBI you can't be president and stuff? How about anyone claiming immunity probably committed a crime.

Lock him up... lock him up.... lock him up

Clinton Watts framed it like I hadn't thought about before. He nailed it. At a minimum Trump and his campaign embraced, encouraged, and replicated Russian efforts. Innocently or in collusion. Whichever.

I hate Hillary and distrust her. But I distrust Putin more.

Trump must be running out of ideas as the Russian scandal slowly consumes and engulfs his administration...he's playing the "Obama wiretapp" card again...

Wonder if he ever has a moment where he recognizes the irony of his situation: he did his best to cast suspicion upon, distract and undermine a President and is now caught up in similar circumstances. One major difference is the nature of the sharks swimming around. Trump's birther attacks were fake paper sharks. The Russian sharks are beginning to look much more real and dangerous.

Russiagate will have some serious consequences...

Actually, the "Obama wiretap" thingy appears to be spot on. The facts are pointing to REAL recordings of Trump and his team from a year ago. You can try to spin this to suit your needs, but right now boths sides agree the tapes exist, they're just arguing who knew and when.
They are now attacking the source of the information rather than HOW it was obtained: Namely through (likely) unlawful eavesdropping.

And you worry about the (obvious) contradiction in the Trump attitude?
You're correct. It is ironic.

But once again, the media misses the mark. Which is why the lefty world of liberals miss the point. Which is why Trump feels it's necessary to tweet in the first place: because mainstream media ignores the facts.

Even ****** "Darth Vader" Cheney said that what the Russians did during our election was an "act of war." Let's find out what they did, how they did it, and whether there was any inside help. Then, we can weed out and prosecute any one who improperly handled confidential materials and leaked it. Otherwise, we may as well roll over and let Putin rule us and the world...oh wait...that's what Trump seems to be doing...

When we discovered some citizens were sending secrets to the Nazis, we didn't stop fighting WWII and concentrated on stopping the spies instead...

You won't get me to disagree that Russia needs to mind their own and leave us alone.

I see a media who has attached Russia to Trump without reason.

The facts show that Russia may have been involved in exposing the democratic party.
A. Doesn't mean it's Trump.
B. Why have we forgotten what was exposed?
C. Addressing Russia's influence is an issue separate from this administration. But nobody can remember that.

Feigning indignation will get us nowhere.

Thank you! Absolutely correct...that is why it is important to look beyond the leakers and resolve to discover all the efforts that Russia exerted to inject their influence on our elections. A thorough investigation may lead to as yet undiscovered evidence of more devious and far reaching attempts to sway American elections beyond the last Presidential campaign. The end result should be to ensure that we can protect the American elections from foreign influence.

I hope that the divisiveness in our political environment has not resulted in our willingness to tolerate covert manipulation of our democratic processes by a common enemy, if our side won...

Foreign influence is not a new situation.

Attacking the sitting president and blaming him for it? Now that's a new twist.

Thumpher declares April is National Sexual Assault Awareness Month

Fox News does its part to "spread" the word, announcing Bill O'Reilly, the network's symbol of morality and family values, has been accused of sexual harassment at least five times, and they've paid $13 million to hush his accusers. Many former and current female employees say that Roger Ailes, the former CEO who himself left in disgrace following numerous allegations of sexual misconduct, created a toxic environment where women were treated as sex objects. Thanks, Fox, for "exposing" the "cleavage" between men and women in your office.

Fox also said dozens of sponsors have withdrawn their ads, afraid they would become associated with sexual criminals ...

No worries Fox... relax... many Americans.... most of them your viewers, are tolerant of sexual assault...after all, they elected a self proclaimed sexual assaulter...

2013, citizen Trump publicly tells Obama to stay out of Syria...

Yesterday: President Thumpher blames Obama for a chemical weapons attack killing dozens of civilians, including children, in Syria...says nothing about Putin's support for the Assad regime...Thumpher studies possible actions to remove Assad...but ISIS is the next most powerful force in Syria...

Will Thumper go to Congress to seek "war authority" as required by the Constitution? Obama did, and the GOP-led Congress refused to take any action, ignoring his request to grant war authority and then criticizing Obama for not backing up his red line in the sand in Syria.

"Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the U.S. Constitution grants Congress the power to declare war. The President, meanwhile, derives the power to direct the military after a Congressional declaration of war from Article II, Section 2, which names the President Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces."

fr: Wex Legal Dictionary, Cornell University

That's why I found the GOP's criticism of Obama's "red line" laughable...when the line was crossed and Obama went to Congress for an authorization to go to war, they didn't respond...obviously, they were not serious about helping America or the world...

I've read about halfway through this thread, just couldnt make it to the end.

So let me get this straight, yall really think there is a difference between the democrats and the republicans?

Whatever Trump does, I'm sure Obama would have done. Whatever Obama did, Bush did the same sh*t. Lol!

The GOVERNMENT needs you to be divided so they continue to CONQUER.

The President is mid management within the CORPORATION of the United States. Look that one up. I can assure you that "the buck" does not stop with the prez.

As long as you can assure us.
I feel much better now.

Man, if you had actually read through the entire thread instead of failing at the halfway point, you'd be like a genius!
