Yessir... and we fingerprint them to do just that. We've had people claim that they were not the person named in the warrant, yet lo and behold... the fingerprints don't lie. We now also have facial recognition scanners.

Let's just cut to chase and get genetic identification for everyone... make sure the govt has a DNA database of all of us. That's what you big govt types want in the end anyway...
