Hey all, so I made another large purchase on the site and did so making use of the 30% off promo. It's been 16 days since I made the final order and the shipment should have been underway, but it just says processing. I've written in to help, and was told "there was an issue with my card" which there wasn't, I use that card regularly. I had even updated to a different card that very AM just in case that was a reason for the issue. I asked, why wasn't I informed if there was an issue with my card? How would I have known? No emails, no anything. Hello??

No reply. Still processing. I wrote again asking why no one was communicating with me about around $500.00 it tobacco. Silence.

Has this happened to you before? I think this might be my final large purchase from the site. I'm happy to buy sticks around town. I'm not canceling my order, I want it fulfilled, but if this is a thing that happens, it will be my last.

Any experience like this?ram27bat

Think their system is still messed up...despite anything they may say to the contrary.

Before the system "upgrade" and MAP, this was easily my #1 buying site.

Can't say that I ever got stiffed by a cigar before.

For about $500 though, I'm sure someone around here will be more than happy to slip you a stiffy.

Welcome! As others have noted, your obsession with stiffies is quite disconcerting and beyond the tastes of all but a few of our members. Still, we respect your lifestyle choices. With that in mind, do you care if we call you Chokes? Swallows or Fluffer are also available if you'd like.

Spanky... there's rules to this game man... it's "Your mama" not "your mom"... there's a very big difference between those two terms.

lol... this got heated and deep quickly... just how ya'll like it. But legit, it's been over a month and no one is answering my messages to them on the site (not the forum) I think they want to avoid giving a 30% discount on a $500 dollar order or something, I can't imagine what else it would be.

Maybe I'm wrong but what does it seem that from the beginning when I got on the forum a year and a half ago some poor schmuck always moans about a missing $500 order? Why is it always $500? It's literally like every other month. That's like the most generic order number I've ever seen. I really hate those peoples.

All it would have taken was a quick perusal of the forums and you would have realized that CBid has been having MAJOR issues for MONTHS . . . ever since the attempted system upgrade.

I think this might be my final large purchase from the site. I'm happy to buy sticks around town. I'm not canceling my order, I want it fulfilled, but if this is a thing that happens, it will be my last.

What site are you going on about? Nobody cares about your "Boo-Frickety-Hoo" attempt for attention. Get over yourself and call the toll free number like a man. Nut up or shut up it's as easy as that. I'm guessing you don't have an order and you're a troll looking for some freebies on a mythical 30% discount. I can give you a free ticket aboard the STFU line and you can count phone poles as your head hits each one knocking sense into your small brain. Don't say I didn't give ya anything!

Once you've seen a middle aged Polish woman chit out five pounds worth of gummy worms everything becomes meaningless.

Howdy again folks, just thought I'd let you know that indeed I had used the phone number, and had also followed up via email and via the contact here on the site. Long story short, my order WAS in fact around $500.00, and I DID finally receive it after a long phone call (not my first) and also received an apology and a customer appreciation offer. So for all the billy badasses who like to put their tinfoil hats on and say this is all fake, congrats! You're wrong, and my order is completed, finally, after a very real error.

Thanks for the info to those who had actual answers, and to those who wonder why people show up on the forums with only genuine questions, usually around something going wrong, it's because a forum is meant to be a discourse with helpful information. Truly, I weep for all the following hot air and weak insults headed my way, but the reality is the vitriol and general keyboard warrior hot air is the primary reason that no one would want to take part unless they have to. I'd love to be part of a group of awesome folks, and there were a few on here that helped out. But, much like the actual population, most of the answers were just a bunch of meatheads ****ting out their mouths as per usual.

True gratitude to those who offered actual feedback. I can take a joke, I love um, **** it. But man, some of these comments are just total **** bags lol.

Good luck on the bids guys. Glad I finally got the products I paid for if even a month and a half late.

No, and I won't discuss it without a current photo, last year's tax return, a background check and a note from his doctor.
