Saw that about the solari and found a place that sells it that I think is reliable, maybe? They also have the bill bailey's birthday blend so I'm gonna pull the trigger... it can be a pain in the butt to me, but a tobacco pipe is kinda nice during this heat wave...

Got an email confirmation of my order completed.....and Sixpense was on backorder (though I was charged)

The old guys stuff might be a good place to start. Carter Hall, Sir Walter Raleigh and Granger are good places to start. They all have a light casing, but the tobacco flavor comes through and they don't ghost a pipe. As with all burleys, don't puff on them, smoke them slowly or else you will get serious tongue bite.

Nice to be back Tony. Had a pacemaker implant. That's like getting your toenails clipped these days. Sometimes I feel like I am on the Starship Enterprise being treated by "Bones."

I love H & H, but it is far too strong for me. Wish it wasn't. I do like Latakias and Vapers, with an occasional light aromatic. Scotty's Butternut Burley usually. Can't stand anything with a cherry casing. Turns me off.

I do it like the Indians do it on the Old Western. Roll it up in a ball l, and stuff it in ma pipe.

Mine was a little moist. I let it sit out for a bit.
