Are you sh^tting me..?? an apartment complex in Tulsa is making peoples register their puppy-dogs so they can determine who's not picking up da poop.. seems a little drastic to me... Not talking

Dogs belong outside anyway. If you don't own at least a half acre yard then you shouldn't be allowed to own dogs.

Dunno. Some of them lil yappy puppers couldn't handle outdoors. Hawk would snatch em right up. Saw one grab the neighbors cat a couple years ago

I think it would be much easier if they just assigned each dog a color and added something to his food to make him poop that color... Prolly be a lot cheaper... Mellow
