HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hello All, I can't believe what has been happening with this place.

The customer service agent just hung up on me after I called to inquire WHERE MY REFUND WAS- AFTER THEY HAD IT BACK FOR 30 DAYS. I was told I should have the money refunded within 30 days. Well not only is it not in my bank account, but they now have the cigars AND the money.

When I ask whether the agent can send an inquiry of processing my return, she rudely stated that "I've already told you there's nothing I can do- the returns department is backed up and will return it 'when they get to it'".....

When they get to it? Or conveniently forget? CIGARBID- RETURN MY MONEY. You have the product and my money- the only place we go to from here is claiming FRAUD AND A SCAM.

Be wary of this place, I think they are used to taking your money and never really providing returns of ANY KIND AND OR ANY ETA of when they may get it back to you......

I will email him- thank you. First post after 3-4 calls/emails to customer service and a hang up.
$175 not refunded after 30days of them having my product? Yes it calls for a little shout out.

I heard about that SSG initiative cigarbid was trying to implement. I think the customer service reps get graded on their SSG milestones... definitely need to bring that up if you talk to Me jones...

same exact thing happened to me... know what I did? went to the library and used one of several anonymous email accounts to send customer service pictures of my butthole... every single day... for 7 months...

Just a point of clarification zoldan...
If you do choose to send customer service pictures of your butthole from library computers, make sure you take the pictures before going into the library.
Second point of note... best customer service address for that picture is [email protected]

Sometimes Mr. Jones is busy, so if you want a quick response just playfully suggest that you will follow him around and stake out his hut until he does. Remind him several times about the SSG guarantee and be firm when you tell him you want the money. He has given it to so many other SSG customers.

not true, not true... library computers have webcams and it's my first amednment right as a you-knighted states citizen to use that webcam to photograph my butt cheeks - both upon and betwixt... plus they can't charge you with indecent exposure if you don't make eye contact with anyone under the age of 15... know the law!

I can't imagine how many orders they have to pick, pull, and ship.

Accidents happen, they are sorry, but don't get rude with them.

Still no refund... It's funny you guys have the time to respond as much as you have- yet no one has said anything of their return experience. Anyone had a return before? Or does everyone pretty much suck this places N*&$? The $175 they owe me could be used for much better purposes than just sitting there- so yeah call me a cry baby if you want- however I'm sure not even your pallet could pick up the subtlety of what even made my batch bad in the first place. Upon second look- this place pretty much has only junk anyway. Can't even find Padrons here, the standard of a good cigar.

Seriously. You all need to get a life. 30 days+ for a refund is insanely long- and I have a feeling it will be even more if not just overlooked and never returned. Its called bad customer service - you guys will experience it when you need something back from them and are met with BS answers and rude hang ups. This forum is available as a means for voicing my experience- it's just a little weird how gung ho you guys are about Vegas 5 cigars. You're right- probably nothing better out there..Padron is a standard dumb&$$ - I've been smoking everything else for 10 years so whatever you think of I have probably tried. You're more than welcome to tell me your standard- But 5 Vegas is no standard. I'm actually not surprised at the responses I've had. It all makes sense now.

I just looked ... in the roughly the last 10 years I have spent exactly $390.82 in here. I don't see one 5 vegas. $39 a year. And my orders were 7/16, 4/15, 6/14, 6/13, 3/09

No one said you know nothing. I will say you may not be able to afford them however - as I can see you spend quite a lot of time posting 60K quotes on a discount cigar site. It's Too bad- they really are good. I would start with the low line $6 Padrons- I think that may be in your price range. But as I stated before, how do you get them!? Your favorite Cigarbid.com has none! Oh....you're right. 5 Vegas is an excellent standard substitution!

I just buy elsewhere to be honest. They don't have what I like to smoke, but they do have good prices sometimes and I do think the CS and folks working there are good people. I really like the people in this forum however. Don't be a deke and you might make some pretty knowledgeable friends.
