Why in the heck doesn't some one from the sales dept just walk across the hall to the tech dept. and get a straight flippin answer on this. If it is something on our computers let us know how to fix it. If it is something on their end let us know that as well, and your working on it. Hello, anyone there, talk to us, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Working fine on my end. Just got a 5'r of San Cristobal for $25 and change (about 33% off CI normal price). FYI, Internet Explorer is a horrible web browser. Try using Mozilla Firefox. I've gone as far as taking the IE icons off all my desktops so I don't use them out of habit!

And if it gets stuck, you can refresh the screen every couple of seconds and see how low it is going before it resets.

As an IT person, I wish it were so easy. There are an almost infinite number of configurations and conditions that you have to test this sort of thing over, and often the person fixing the issue wasn't the one that wrote the original code, so you're having to figure out what the previous coders were doing. Its especially difficult when you can't reproduce the issue and the users aren't necessarily technical. That being said, the size of the site, fact that it's commercial, number of occurrences and length of time since discovered makes me thing this should have been resolved already.

You are right, and for many it is an intermittent issue, which throws another wrench in the pot.
As another noted, clearing cache/cookies works often, and refreshing the page every 3-4 seconds is a last resort, but it works, most of the time.
