Not to mention South Korea and more important, all the US soldiers at or near the DMZ.

Our nukes are a little better, they might use an enhanced radiation weapon the is great a killing with radiation, but not so physical destruction and residual radiation. Might be just the ticket to neutralize the artillery batteries aimed at Seoul, South Korea.

How do you come to that conclusion? He has played the US president every bit as well as his father.....or any other world leader for that matter. Seems brilliant to me. He has incurred little harm, while likely achieving his only aim of bolstering his standing in his own peoples' eyes. None of his bluster has ever been for your consumption...he's playing to his base....and maybe to China a little bit.

I'd bet that you got that backazzwards. IF you can quietly set back the nuke or missile progress...ala stuxnet, or even through more traditional infiltration, then fine....if you can harm his ability to harm without him losing face to 'his people', we win. But, if we go in, even quietly, and shoot him....well, then you have another fattyfat step up and take his place with zero change EXCEPT that now you have China back behind them AND against us. Which is the bigger threat? Fatty and Trump calling each other names? Or pissing off China?

It is extremely likely that any military option deployed by the US, except possibly a show of force, like two Aircraft carriers and dozens of destroyers and battleships and a couple of subs showing up in the harbor near Pyongyang and a squadron of B-1 bombers circling overhead, would result in thousands of casualties in Seoul, South Korea and Japan, including American military personnel stationed there. And the show of force may not accomplish anything except some dirty NK underwear...
