Sorry to say but I will no longer order from this site. Their customer service stinks and so does the attitudes of their customer service reps. They sent my cigars to an old address even though I changed my address and the USPS destroyed my cigars and now cigar bid says there is nothing they can do. So buyer beware. I'm out 58 dollars and very unhappy customer.

No...wait...Don't go away...ah....**** it...the place is better without you. Who was I trying to kid?

2 less bidders. I've had great customer service over the years, but it's all bad now. I live in the desert so when my order isn't sent 1 or 2 day, it arrives all dried up and usually torn wrappers + binders. My last order was unsmokable even as a "driving" smoke. My emails went un answered and a phone call just rang and rang with nobody answering.

I've recommended this site to many cigar smokers but never again........ Though I might stop in to laugh at you crazy people. Life's too short for exploding cigars!

Why laugh at us? I very, very rarely buy cigars from here. Usually just merchandise...

I come here for the entertainment. fog

Wtf, cry cry cry, I live in the desert.

I live in Texas, it's consistently 100+ degrees here. I never have a problem with the cigars I order.

Maintaining humidity in my wineador is a different story.

Damn VodkaBobber...maybe if you wudda spent less time blowing yourself after getting hammered on Popov and perhaps being a part of this community you would have a different experience.

People that don't post...might not get their cigars.

I probably won't order again either.

But that's just because I don't like the cigars here. Beer
