Four Roses Barrel Strength Private Selection, OESV, 115 proof. Pre-meal paired with LGC MdO #1, 2000. During meal paired with green egg grilled fillet, salad, baked potato, and grilled Italian sausage stuffed baby portabella's.

Been working alot and not drinking much. Was in denver the other weekend briefly and had a flight of local ryes and bourbons. Can't remember the names but they were decent for craft.

Hey Nick....glad ya made it safely back from your travels!! Was one of your Rye samplings from LAWS Whiskey House? I ask because I have a .375 ml that my son got me while out there, it's a "Secale Straight Rye "

Anyways....were still due to get together for a cpl cigars and such one of these days!!!!!!

Last night a small pour of Weller Antique 107 w/ a lovely Caldwell Eastern Standard that was Very Good from my old pal 80Bucks Thanks Mike!!!
