Not from this place but I got a box of Boli RC once when I ordered PSD#4 many years ago. Sent an email requesting return info and they sent the correct box and said just keep the others.

Best CS I ever had. Unfortunately, and probably because of that kind of management they went belly up about a year later but they had a killer going out of biz sale.

Once from Cbid. I told them about it and they tried to sell me the smokes at a discount but I didnt want them. They sent me a shipping label to return em and told me to keep a 5 pack for my trouble.
