http://www.cbsnews.com/news/white-house-memo-urges-gop-to-say-trump-was-entirely-correct/?utm_source=fark&utm_medium=website&utm_content=link&ICID=ref_fark

seriously... this can't be real.

"The White House sent a memo of talking points to Republicans on Capitol Hill and other allies telling them to say President Trump was "entirely correct" in his controversial assessment of the violence in Charlottesville..."

It's nice of him to tell the other republicans what they should say to make him look good. It'd be convenient to see which ones actually do

Good thing he's not a very persuasive or likable guy...but this is politics, where you leave your morals, dignity and courage in the closet...I'm sure there are many GOP congressmen, who represent areas where Trump's base is strong, that will bend over...

In my opinion he shouldn't have had to give his 'clarification speech' on Tuesday... everybody knew what he meant on Saturday but the Resistance had to pick it apart word for word and twist into somethin to make some talking points.. then spread the outrage which they do very well by convincing everyone Trump was saying something he didn't actually say.. this isn't the first time.... His speech on Tuesday came across bad because he was prolly pissed off he had to make the speech in the first place.. Mellow

Drafter... at this point one doesn't need the media.

If you can't find enough reason to hate him from the actual words that come out of his mouth, or the words he types on twitter, then you really are just making excuses for a slimy, sh$tstain of a president.

The days of news spin are long over. The only group that needs to create gymnast-worthy mental flips to interpret his very direct words and tweets are those who are trying to rationalize their vote for him. CNN/FOX/CBS... they are all largely irrelevant in this regard. All they are doing at this point is arguing over which of his words are the worst.

I understand, you're going to support your fuhrer till the bitter end... I don't expect you to change your mind. But that's not going to stop me from mocking him

Agreed, however they weren't the ones using bottles of PISS to throw @ anyone and everyone? THEY weren't the ones who felt it necessary to cover their faces so as not to be recognized? Who ultimately was more violent on that day? They ( Antifa thugs) drug an elderly gal and her American flag over the ground as they RAN LIKE CHICKEN ****!!!!!!

No way to make everybody happy... But Trump's haters like Bush's haters are far more vocal about it thanks to the liberal media and stuff... Nobody was allowed to hate or even question Obama publicly.. Mellow

You prolly don't remember the anti-Obama stuff because you agreed with them...but you are more sensitive to anti-Trump stuff because you like him...

You remember how Obama was hated on for taking vacations and playing golf? Especially vocal was Donald Trump, private citizen...

Remember when people were upset at how much Obama's Secret Service team was costing the US taxpayer? Guess what, Obama was a penny pincher compared to Trump...and he didn't make any money on the side doing the people's business at his properties, on the people's dime, like Trump is doing...
