Kim Jong Un is at it again. How can anyone want war as badly as he seems to?

it's his best shot at modernizing his country...get leveled and have the "allies" rebuild it.

or he believes it makes his perceived enemies hesitate before attacking...sort of what most countries claimed as the ultimate weapon of peace.

He may actually believe in his country's right to autonomy and that the concept of having other countries dictate their path is nonsense.

He may also fear an invasion militarily or politically from other countries that don't like him and that his only defense is the thought of some sort of mutual destruction.

Or he could be hung like a grain of rice.

If you think about it though it is odd that we take for granted the big countries should control the little ones and tell them what they can and can't do. If Cuba wants missiles they can't have them. Use is one thing, but existence is another. If you were a leader of a smaller country wouldn't you resent that and fear your existence and if a larger country decided they wanted you gone? I'd try to figure out a way to make them pay a heavy price if they did so.

I still think NK's army would turn and run if there was an invasion... I also wonder if the pressure we're putting on them is an attempt to get someone inside NK to take out Fatty Fat... Mellow

I think that this is Jong-Un's attempt to look strong to NK's senior military personnel that actually hold more power in the country. ram27bat

Sure, and I think the world would be fine with his autonomy if he allowed his people to leave the country if they chose to, or, I don't know... disagree with their gov't?

If you were a prisoner in your own country, would you rather your Dicktater was allowed his 'autonomy'?

Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini, Amin, we don't need autonomy like that.
