brisket

but first a round challah, gotta be round, and chopped liver.

then chicken soup with matzah balls, and chicken or turkey, roasted potatoes, grilled veggies, tzimmis (sp?) with flanken (sp?), and stuffing,

and apples with honey for a sweet New Year.

do you need me to say the blessings over the wine and the food?

Mmmmm... brisket.

Baked, with a dry onion soup mix rub, in a reynolds oven bag. About an hour before it's finished... add a can of cream of mushroom soup.

Bomb dot freakin com.

Caren made 2 small briskets, both in the crock pot this year. She has baked them before too.

onion soup mix, ketchup, gingerale. that's it.
