Irish fought hard but they just couldn't get a defensive hold when it counted. That seems to be a constant with them since Kelly became coach. Them Ducks though blew up

Being a Nebraska fan always comes back to haunt me. It's hard to win games when you give up 42 points in the first half and have 4 turnovers.

That was encouraging for me as an Irish fan though. Georgia has probably the best D in all of football and though the Irish didn't move the ball at will they still scored some and played a tough game. That game showed me they can play with the top tier of SEC teams. Wouldn't be surprised if Georgia won the SEC this year either.

I saw the back half of the game. Notre Dame played well. As far as Georgia is concerned, only time will tell if the keep playing at the same level or if they choke as has been the case recently.

Speaking of SEC, I'm not convinced Bama is going to run the table this year.

Too early, but there doesn't seem to be any clear super teams that we can say definitively will be in the play-offs...prolly a good thing for college football fans...


PAC 12 doesn't look as deep as I thought...again...seem to say it every year...gotta figger out a way to keep more of our homegrown talent here instead of letting them go to the wrong coast...

What a crappy week.

I picked S FL but for some reason it didn't save.

Ole Miss should have won had it not been for some BS penalties.

Had LSU not had 2 touchdowns called back for BS penalties I'm thinking there might had been a different outcome.

I went to the Card's game and besides being outplayed in every phase of the game by a more talented team I think it went well. Sarcasm

It's been a relatively quiet season here, given all the surprising upsets and high scoring down-to-the-wire finishes...
