This was my first time having a S&S. It was given to me by Wombat via trade.

Today the wife and I cooked out. It was the first T-Bone steak I have got to eat in a long long time or any steak for that matter. The last time I got to eat a steak was prior to my stroke which will be a year this November. I had started marinating them yesterday, let them sit in the fridge over night. When I got them grilled up the meat was just falling off the bone. I have not had steaks turn out that good in ages. The only thing I think that would have made it more perfect was if I had some Red Wine to go with the meal.

I did get to top it off though with an after meal smoke. The S&S that was given to me by Wombat. I do not think it gets any better than that. I dont know if it was timing or if the smoke is just that damn good but either way I think it was one of the best that I have ever got to enjoy.

Smoked a couple of RP Vintage 92 Torpedos, yesterday. They have been in my humidor for over 10 years, and they were sublime. Age does some very nice things to these babies.
