Anyone else into sour or Gose beers? I have recently realized that I love them. Haven't had too many, but the few I have had are fantastic. Any suggestions on ones to try.

My favorite so far is the Dogfish Head SeaQuench Ale Session Sour.

I thought the same thing until I tried a few. I don't like the overly fruity ones though. Those just taste like candy and are just too sweet.

They are a good counter to the stouts and porters I like so much. Sometimes it is nice to have a lighter beer. Since I can't stand IPA's or anything domestic, these fill a good spot for me.

If you like Göse, you might want to look out for Grodziskie/Gräzter beers which use smoked wheat malt and regular malt. They have very similar profiles to Göse.

Having just one is more than one too many. I think it's a hipster thing to say you actually like them because you have to have an advanced palate to truly appreciate them. NO THANK YOU!! ram27bat

Yeah no Buckwheat a lot of breweries make Chitty göse. It's a hipster thing to drink cheap beer and to not know what the f'ck they're drinking other than marketing hype.

The Southern Tier Imperial Cherry Gose was pretty good. My buddy didn't like it, but I enjoyed it. Also liked the Platform Orange Blossom Gose.

Firestone Bretta Rosé is a good intro sour.

There's many small batch companies out here that do only sours. I like them when they're not too vinegary.

Not a fan of the sours, but I'd try anything from Firestone.

Ya, but Michelins are better, better traction with a 30k stroke warranty on them.

I know that every one likes to save money and all. People do try to cut corners but Brother Z, you need to tell your women that HOMEMADE AND DIY IS NOT ALWAYS THE BEST WAY TO GO!

So quit being a tight ass and give the ladies the extra few bucks so they can quit trying to make their own vaginal wash! Gonz

We have a group by the name of no label that has a good cherry sour. Which is surprising because non of their other beers are any good.
