question for the BOTL, anyone know about these cigars, this stick was gifted to me, the way i was told, these were made for the kentucky derby in 1978, could it still be any good after all this time sealed in a glass tube, and are the cigars any good to start with. thanks

It is a limited edition but it was made in 2005. I believe that it is a Dominican like their regular line.

I can't sepak to the Limited Edition, but I did receive one of their regular cigars as a gift from my son. First experience with it was uneventful; I would prefer this great bourbon in a glass while smoking one of my other favorites.

Makers Mark has an entire line of flavored cigars that come in tubes sealed with wax. The one shown in the picture was a "limited release" from 2005. Limited Release in this case was(I think)50,000 cigars.

MMs cigars, like their Bourbons, are in 3 (I think think) flavors...They have the regular line, the silver Affirmed line, and the Gold affirmed line...I got to go through their distillery up in Kentuck after I graduated from OSUT in Jan....

They have just released 2 Pittsburgh Steelers cigars. On one, the wax is black on the bottom and gold on the sides. The other is the opposite. I know what to send my friends in Seattle :)

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting on an answer. But maybe I'm wrong.
