"White House lawyer John Dowd told Axios in a report published Monday that the “president cannot obstruct justice because he is the chief law enforcement officer under [Article II of the Constitution] and has every right to express his view of any case."

Funny how these were the charges that both Clinton and Nixon were brought up on.
I particularly like what Jeff Sessions said back in 1999. “The facts are disturbing and compelling on the president’s intent to obstruct justice,” said then-Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) in 1999, calling for Clinton to be removed from office over the investigation into his affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky.

You sure love you some Trump. Enough to ignore anything and everything he does and to point elsewhere to justify things. If you are outraged by Hillary (rightfully so) even though your accusations didn't lead to anything then you should be with Trump if the accusations do (they may not).



Enough blaming Bush already. Obammy is Prez now. He needs to own things.

As for the OP they may be right in terms of criminality and a sitting President. Impeachment is a different issue.


Remember when Trump used to scream no one is above the law? Hint it was in between saying he'd never have time for golf and Flynn chanting lock her up.
