I think they were beaming microwave energy at the US compound. Likely in an attempt to gain intelligence is some way, but they are not healthy for humans, but possibly just to do them harm.

I for one think this is an act of cowardice by the CUBANS ,
but quite possibly the RUSSIANS...

ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE IS N.O. JOKE...

I HAVE BEEN THROUGH IT and to some extent.. it is still being done to me....I don't like being a guinea pig for sick coward felons, especially when there is nothing "going on"
AT A.L.L. & Yet they still continue it.

These poor diplomats ARE PHUUQED FOR LIFE...
Hearing problems, headaches, nausea, brain abnormalities....over what ???
Its not the FREAKIN cold war anymore...
What big secret stuff could possibly be going on in an Embassy in Cuba? It's a POS country on the brink of collapse, what the hell do they need to protect or find out about...bunch of cigar rolling THUGS RUNNING THAT BURG.

True, though you'ed think the state department, CIA, NSA or someone would have scared for that sort of radiation. I wouldn't be surprised if it was another failure like Benghazi security failure.

I worry that real help and understanding might not be any better than some of our past service-connected health travesties, like Gulf War Illness, Agent Orange, Mesothelioma, Camp Jejeune Water.....
