Carbou Slobber extract kit w/specialty grains. Supposed to be a clone of Big Sky's Moose Drool.

Nice Cac! I did a couple extract kits last year and tried to add my own touch to them. Bottled them, but just bought 2 kegs for myself this Christmas. Switching over to all grain as well so haven't brewed in awhile now. It's a fun hobby, especially mixed in with our cigar addictions!

Nice! I've made that kit in the past, turned out decent.

Quit brewing a year ago though, been selling off equipment.

Dang, wish I knew you were selling off equipment. Switching over from 5 gallon extract to 5 gallon all grain got expensive and I thrift shopped for sales and stuff. Maybe switching to kegs didn't help that expense either, since I had to get a kegerator as well (spare fridge I was going to convert took a crap right before I ordered the conversion kit).

Well, did it carbonate and did you try a side-by-side taste test with Moose Drool?
