Wait a sec...

Wasn't there a cigar smokin' smiley guy on the cigarbid.com logo before they just changed it?

Maybe I'm flashing back to a time long ago..... or something.

You are correct. It's the only logo I have ever known.
Like what's in their baggies.

I don't like the new logo.
It looks too fancy, too expensive.

It screams.... "No cigar deals here, we are just like everyone else."

Old logo sent a message of security....."We will take your old, meek, and unshaven. good deals to be had for you."

Actually, imho, it looks too cheap................like a third grader was given a homework assignment to design a new cigarbid logo, using stock fonts found on the class's 10 year old Mac.
Pretty darn fugly.

Just got home and it's back to the old logo.. but no smiley guy. I guess it was always like that... but I seem to recall the cigar smokin' smiley guy that needed a shave was once a part of that...

Just my twisted observations, I reckon. BigGrin

Agree the new one looks like cheesy crap.

Not like the old one, which was cheesy crap -- but with soul.

I know FDA is coming down on cartoon characters that may relate to children advertising tobacco products. Wonder it that has anything to do with it.

Nope, I haven't seen CROS.
I've been working a lot and raising the kids. They are 15 (daughter) and 12 (son) now. My monkeys are growing up too fast. My son is over 5'11 now. He just turned 12.

It's been a long road, but one on higher ground. Thank goodness.

We have our own home now. The landscaping looks like Dr. Seuss designed it...drunk, since I work is working, but it's home.

How's it going?
