So you take issue with the names given the two groups but admit that the information itself is correct?

See my statement above.
It may be correct. But irrelevant. They're using their own money to be irresponsible.

Are you going to have a fit if I go out to eat every day and spend 4k a month in rent? No, because I use my own money to do so.

The states listed by banderl are sucking FEDERAL money up... my money, your money.... they sure as hell better be fiscally responsible.

Obama was a president. He did things I agreed with, and he did things I disagreed with. But he was a president, and performed his duties in a manner our nation could be proud of.

Trump is a f^^ktard clown. Whether he does anything I agree with, or anything I disagree with, he is not performing his duties in a manner our nation can be proud of.

and the morons who voted for him will vote for another just like him.

If every state and the nation would have codified into law a balanced budget none of this would be an issue.

So you don't care about substance. Only perception.

Proud?
If Trump delivers on making America great again (economically speaking), you won't be proud? Because...Trump?

If he delivers on reforming immigration, with or without a stupid wall, you wouldn't be proud?

I'm not saying he will or won't do those things.
But you ARE saying that even if he does you don't care. Because you won't feel a Chris Matthews tingle down your leg and be PROUD??

Three words: Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Were you proud of Obama, tail?

He started from a much more precarious spot than Trump, pulling America out of a deep hole, one that we kept falling into for the first two months of his term before the numbers started reversing and becoming positive once more...

and Obama left Trump with a healthy starting point...

I prolly won't be around when objective historians evaluate Obama's presidency and how it compared to Trump's, and all the others before them...it's a little bit early, but I sense how they'll be ranked...

The simple fact is he can't.

By the nature of who and what he is, it is impossible that he can accomplish anything I would like.
You can hand wave all you want with "what if in imaginary fairy land trump solved everything and made the country great! would you still hate him!!!?"

But you start wtih a failed premise. "great again". I thought the country was great in 2016. The entire premise that he ran on, that there was some time in the past in whch the country was better than it was in 2016 is faulty and indicates no decision he can make will intentionally steer the country on a path I want. Because he will intentionally steer it in a direction away from what I beleived was pretty great (I make no promises about unintentional steering, he can accidentally make the country better just because he's a moron)

Reforming immigration? Dude. That wasn't even an issue in my book.
Making it "great again"? There was nothing wrong with it.

And who the f$ck is chris matthews?

You know the one thing I would have liked trump to change?
Health care.

I disliked ACA.

But his method of trying to get rid of it was moronic. It appeared that he didn't even understand what it did, or how it would be removed. His attempts at both removing it, but trying to promise to his base that they still could be insured even though they couldn't possibly afford insurance, and there's no way an insurance company would keep them with their diabeetus.... was guaranteed to hurt people.

Now, his backdoor way of removing the mandate, but keeping it in place, ensuring that anyone on it who wanted to be on it will be azz raped by the insurance companies is ham fisted and deceptive.

I disliked the implementation of the ACA, I understood that it was a horribly complicated problem, and that once it was put in place it would be an even bigger challenge to remove. That's one thing he said he was going to do which I would have been happy if he did well.

He didn't do it well.

He did it in probably the worst way possible. Because he's a f$ckwit moron. Now... to be fair, not all of this is his fault. He was crippled by the fact that his voting base was too stupid to understand what the ACA was, and what it meant to them... so he couldn't possibly do what his base wanted without also hurting his base. But he handled the problem in a very trump manner. He told everyone involved that he would do everything they wanted and it would be the very best removal of healthcare ever where health insurance would be removed but they would all be insured by the best non existent insurance. And when it became clear that was impossible, and congress wouldn't vote on his mess.... he just took out the mandate, making sure the entire program will be a fiasco.

Yup. The way you'd hang on every word the guy with the gun holding up the bank would say.
