Jamie, in his generous way, held a contest to guess the total points scored by both teams in the NBA FINALS last year.
Missing the EXACT total by a mere 1 point, (That's right . . . I'm bragging!), I obviously won the contest.
Today, I received a LFR box containing my winnings.
As you can see, Jamie went WAY overboard, as he is wont to do, and slapped me silly.
Thank you, sir. YOU are a maniac !

As I was not aware of your "circumstances" at the time, I just figured it slipped your mind and that you would remember eventually. I figured, the longer it took you, the more I could bust your aggets.
I did bust on you a little, a few threads back when you mentioned that you "owed"me, but
I can't, in good conscience, say ANYTHING but Thank You after receiving what you sent.
WAY over the top. Even without the additional late fees and such, it would have been WAY over the top.
It's brothers like you that make this place the place that it is.
Thanks, bud !

Bwahahahaha! I heard the invitation had a little lipstick kiss on it and smelt of Stetson Cologne along with some quote from Brokeback Mountain?

I learned THAT real quick ! ThumpUp

The Spretzels are kicka$$, as well.

The Pecan rub was delicious on the chicken thighs done in the air fryer.

I bake wings on a wire rack, just as crispy as fried with zero extra fat.

Toss in melted butter, El Tapatio hot sauce mixed with Paul Newman''s honey bbq sauce. Just enough heat to stay interesting but nobody in our house complains about the heat.

did some wings on a rack the other night, came out great.

Finished them under the broiler for 5 or 10 minutes and dipped them in Filipino Phil's Nuclear Meltdown Chipolte Sauce that came from NWStogie's bomb...superb.

They are pretty good, I just realized I meant to send you a La Aurora ADN instead of that dirty rat I know you're not a big DE fan. I will say though it's a newer one and they're getting close to what they used to be.

Never been a DE fan from the start, but just like the ESV 1991's you sent, it's gonna make SOMEONE very happy.

Speaking of the ESV 1991's, like we said previously, GOD works in mysterious ways.
Last Saturday was the anniversary of the death of my dear friend's wife. His brother, wanting to keep my friend's mind busy suggested that they come over to my house for a smoke or two, and also some shuffleboard.
GREAT ! A perfect opportunity to give my friend the ESV's (his ALL TIME favorite cigar).
When I handed him the ESV's, he was so moved, he cried. He thanked me at LEAST a dozen times throughout the course of the afternoon.
Jamie . . . Without YOU, and your thoughtfulness, this would never have happened, and I would just like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to do something very special for my friend.
