Pretty sure it's a bug related to the svg images. In the Chrome DOM inspector, I eliminated everything except the base styles, the logo, the social icons on the bottom and all they're containers.

Using Chrome 63.0.3239.132

Weird... Chrome just updated when I went to look at the version.

Version 64.0.3282.167 doesn't seem to be affected.
