Finally did it. Actually it was #9 out of 10 cigars I smoked in one 24 hour period. Aside from an early start to a long day, the ferry I needed was late. Way late. One malfunctioning ferry in the whole system, and I got in line for a 4 pm ferry...finally got on a boat after 9, four hours late. Plus, it stopped at three other islands. Didn't get to my destination until after 11. So, I decided to kill some time by working and smoking a cigar. Then another, and another.

Long about 10:30, I picked up some McD's. About the only place open. Maybe it was the pies, maybe I was just ready for a change. Either way, I broke out the White Owl tubos. What to do you know....it was great!

OK, seriously...I can only imagine this, not having experienced the comparison, but I think that if I were at a luau with Don Ho, and he sat on some burned ti leaves, then I licked his ass, it would probably taste about the same as the WOP.

Can't wait to pick up one in grape.

Perhaps that was my problem. I paired them with some double cheeseburgers and a McChicken.

No wacky tabaccy for me. The cops around here all know me, as do at least half of the buyers and dealers. As soon as someone got in trouble, they'd offer to flip me, and pretty soon my career would be in jeopardy. Especially in a small community. For now, adventures such as the white owls will have to suffice.

To be honest.. I liked the taste of Pineapple in the cigar but just not that combo. Lose the paper and chopped filler and add it to some nice medium to long fill and we might have something. Then we can work on the Pina Colada.
