Just tried to book but I didn't get a confirmation number... I'm just gonna call... What's the license cost..?? And renting a rod is no big deal.. I'd hate for somethin to happen to one of yours.. unless you really don't mind me breaking it.. Mellow

This place has 3 beds and a pull out sofa... if macs brings his air mattress that makes 5 sleeping places and I'll grab the floor...

I'm not a good judge of whether it will be enough space.... I'm just sold on the view from that balcony! if it's a good fit, i wanna get it booked fast... if not I'll go back to looking...

Maybe I'm crazy, but I'm worried this place is gonna be too small for us... am I crazy?

I tried most of yesterday evening trying to convince a different lady to let us rent her place, but her sister owns the home and was adamant there be no smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises...

If the Happiness House is still available, that would work....3 bdrms and 2 baths...smoking OK in backyard (guessing smoking also OK in front yard sitting area near the grill)

I was thinking the same thing... lots more room... closer to Morro bay...

Happiness home is $744... and no cancellations... and the homeowner has made it very clear that we can't smoke on the balcony's at all...

Vs.

$623... not much room... smoking on the balcony.... 15 minute drive in the morning to get to morro bay...

Whatever we do, i wanna book today... i think if Victor is definitely coming(?) then the happiness house is gonna give us more comfort...

It's like a hotel room in Vegas. How much time do you really spend in there? Our time will be spent sleeping, mostly... and it has 2 showers and a balcony. Hell, I'll sleep on an air mattress on the damn balcony if it isn't too cold.

I'm definitely good with either... and a terrible maker of decisions... should we just book both? See, just terrible...

Someone tell me which one to book and I'll book...

I'm thinking unless it rains the house will only be used for sleeping & showering.. a balcony with an ocean sounds like the way to go... Whether that's a hotel or condo doesn't matter to me... Mellow

It would be easier if Victor would commit to it...

So, just book the balcony house, and if he dicides to show up he can sleep in a tub.

Well, yeah...

I think either way, we'll make it work. Like I said, I got an air mattress, and I know Al has one, too.

As long as I have a place to sleep when we get back I’m good. With 6 of us I’m thinking 2 toilets are a plus.

Not the same, but i think it's just 2 blocks down... i think we stayed on Vashon last time....

this place should be quite a bit bigger i think... and 2 stories... really wish we could smoke on those balconies, but there's plenty of room elsewhere I'm pretty sure...

I can marinate some tri-tip steaks and grill them up for dinner on Sat. The photos show a gas grill. Can you confirm?

At the very least you can always be thankful that Hank the Tank isn’t going.

...that strikes me as a really stupid, and very much not in the spirit of herfing statement.

Ironically, that would be a sentiment the sort of person I wouldn't want to share a cigar with would express.

Got a 10 pack of 5/0 rock cod rigs, for quick changes during the action, if needed.

Still need to re-spool the reels and get a more appropriate rod for my 2-speed Avet reel.

Working on it anthony. But gotta travel for almost 2 weeks for a wedding end of april/beginning of may. Gotta make sure the work is done and the woman is happy before I can promise a weekend to myself.

Just put it on the schedule and work around it. That’s what we did.
