Trump and Giuliani have turned the GOP upside down and inside out. Giulani confirmed that Trump has been lying about the Stormy Daniels affair, and that the payments were politically motivated - to prevent the report from surfacing in the weeks before the election, contrary to what Trump has said from the start of this mess. Giulani said Cohen did the right thing, funneling money to make a story that would hurt Trump's marriage and election chances go away....

...and the reaction from the right is, yawn.... "well, let's see if he shoots someone on 5th Avenue"

What happened to the party that cast aside a good and honorable President, who served the US during WWII and continued with a lifetime of admirable public service, and while President successfully prosecuted Desert Storm? The party that refused to re-elect him because he lied... "read my lips...no new taxes"?

The party that convinced a sitting President, one of their own, to step down before being thrown out because he lied about a politically motivated burglary he approved and its cover-up...

The same party that became outraged and impeached another President because he lied about an affair with an intern while in office...

The Grand Ol Party has become the Goofy Old Party.

The Reagan GOP no longer exists. To be fair the Kennedy Democratic Party no longer exists either.

Both of those last gasp administrations of the past both had this in common...work with the opposing party.

Now these film flam conmen are reading from the same playbook and won't do anything for America. They only know how to work against their opposing party. That's it.

Break out the guillotines already.

I find it interesting that generally the same people who complain about both parties not working together can be the same people who keep voting for people who say they will not compromise and work with the other party. "For the good of the american people" is a dead in this country. fog

Was just reading an article that noted unemployment is at 3.9% and the economy added another 143,000+ plus jobs last month.

As James Carville said, "It's the economy stupid."

The trend of sinking real income among middle class and poor as compared to the wealthier among Americans began before Trump, (around the late 70"s?) but has continued under his watch, amid a booming economy...so the primary beneficiaries are those who need it less, and they are getting much more...

Buying power, deregulation, and low/no taxes is all I give a crap about. I would be happy with the same wage for 50 years if my buying power doubled every year.
