just cause I made a crazy good guess in the GrandBaby contest!

Al simply crushed me............and that's the under-statement of the year.

I'll keep it short.
A large See's box of chocolates for our daughter, who also just had a baby.
Box of See's caramel suckers and a box of peanut brittle - my wife claimed those.
3 bags of beef jerky.....son-in-law snapped those up.

The serious artillery ...

-Tat PCR - a favorite that I haven't had in a while
-Tat Verocu #1 - NH this vitola, goes great with BBQ
-Tat Cojonu 2012 - NH
-Illusione ECCJ - corona gorda? - NH
-Bolivar Beli CC - had a fiver before ....awesome cigar, and one of my all time favorites
-Padron F75 - NH.......can't wait to try this one
-Laranja Reserva Caixa Churchill - NH.....gonna save this for a summer afternoon with iced tea
-Viaje ORO Churchill - NH

I'm stunned, humbled, and really don't know what to say other than...

Yes...that is correct...I sent Horst the cigars since he won the contest to celebrate the new addition to my family...

KOTC let me know when I posted the contest that his daughter was also expecting a baby girl on the same date as Mikaela was projected to be born...May 5. What a coincidence.

That just gave me a reason to put a few little goodies into the box for his daughter and family to share on the joyous occasion...

I kid... Excellent hit! Al has great taste in cigars and chocolate...

When my wife and i were expecting, we too were the recipients of one of Al's infamous See's bombs... which leads me to wonder, do you just give it away or do you also indulge in the See's, Al?

Yes ...I used to get a little something for myself, Joel...our family considered See's candies a holiday/celebratory treat...but after my blood sugar/diabetes worsened during the last two years, I rarely eat candy anymore. But my daughter and my sisters love the stuff...my wife too, but she gets mad if I get any because she's always dieting...
