Here in 20 minutes or so I am going drink some crap that I have been fully assured taste like crap and in the end,pun intended,will make me crap.All this so some sick bastid with a camera on a string can probe my nether regions for aliens.If they find any.......I hope they're green,scary and fire breathing.Wish them luck on thier deep dark adventure into the unknown.

done it 2 times.
last time they found and removed scary green benign aliens...but that landed me on the 5 year program instead of 10.

I had an easy time of the whole ordeal...but I am the toughest lib this side of the Rockies.

Ok the crappy drink is down......working on the two 16 oz glasses of f water that follow.They made the water easy to go down........I'd drink my own piss to get that taste out of my mouth.

If they find nothing this will be my last time.The procedure is nothing I have been assured........it's this pre-procedure schit your guts out I am not a fan of.I drank that crap 20 minutes ago and my stomach feels like a train wreck in a whirlpool.

I scheduled mine for the earliest appointment, cuz then I could eat/drink sooner the next day.
But once the prep part was over the evening prior, I never experienced any "late" reaction and slept just fine.

there are different options that different doctors prescribe though, so maybe I just was lucky.

also, I was put to sleep for the procedure, a friend said he watched it happening on a monitor in the room.

I will be watching on the monitor and also refused any and all anistesia........or however you spell it.I'll be watching wide awake.They told me at first I "had to" at least take a happy shot.I called them on it........turns out they were full of schit.Surprising huh?

I told the doc I was willing to accept a local at the point of entry..........he laughed and said that would be unnecessary.He did state that if I could not lie perfectly still he would call it and reschedule.I ask him if my request was unusual,he said not really but most eventually just went with the program.He said only two got called and rescheduled.........so I feel confident

Dude read up on anisthesia..........not nearly as safe as they want you to believe.Besides that I have a high tolerance to pain.I watched them do my vasectomy with only a mild local.

Just a little friendly advice, no matter what stage of this procedure you're in, try really hard not to sneeze or cough. Especially after starting that amazing set of cocktails.

Only the nasty stuff? Dang, I had to drink the nasty stuff and then four hours later, mix 24 oz. of Metamucil with a gallon of Crystal Lite and down that over a 2 hour period.

Personally, I took a nap, but I understand your concerns. You're a better man then me Gunga Din.

Fortunately I'm doing SupRep........6 oz of super sweet cherry flavored azz mixed with 10 oz of water.I did my first one in two big gulps.Had to follow with 32oz of water in the next hour,thank God it took that much to get that sweet taste out of my mouth.Gotta do it again at midnight........not looking forward to round two.

I would suggest taking some Epoxy glue with you. They might need to glue your O-Ring back in place should it blow out.

That can happen you know and its not a pretty sight. (Mans hairy ass all up in the air, Watery Do-Do that smells like chit mixed with what ever flavor ass juice they made you dink running all down your hairy butt and legs, and your O-Ring laying in the floor looking like rotten calamari with warts all over it.) d'oh!

All went well,Doc said I have the colon of a 16 year old...........nice and tight.Found no polyps only a little diverticulosis,normal for a 56 year old poop chute.Told me he'd see me in 10 years.......I highly doubt it unless they change the prep.As for the sedation and mild sedative options........I passed.My nurse who was about a 45 yo dude told me he had it done without any pain assistance and it was no big deal.He was right.......at worst in the very beginning I felt bloated then it eased up and we enjoyed the show........Up Schit Creek,although it looked more like a syfi adventure.If I do ever have it done again I'll do the same........no sedation for me.
