Kentucky Mule: 2 ounces of your Bourbon of choice, juice of 1/4 lime (squeezed wedge will go in the drink), Ginger Beer (I prefer Bundaberg brand), Mint leaves.

Fill a Copper Mug (or any glass you prefer) with crushed ice, pour Bourbon over ice, squeeze in lime juice and toss in the wedge, top off with Ginger Beer and Mint (roll 1 or 2 leaves in your hand to open them up). Stir and enjoy. One of my favorite, warm weather drinks (it was 81 in Pittsburgh on Friday!).

Grilling a T bone, when it rests I'm going to cook hash browns and crab cakes.

I took a day off
