This was a fun project. Colt 1903 Pocket Hammerless Pistol in .32 Cal. Custom Engraved by Mark Swanson. We did the final finish with Nitre Blue on the trigger, grip screw, pins, and safety. Hot Blue on the rest of the pistol. What do you think?

I think General Patton carried one of those in his belt. Didn't he shoot at the German plane with that pistol in the movie "Patton" ??

Nice pistol. I def love the scroll work.

I'm planning a 1911 build. Actually 2 pistols, one for me and the other for my son. I've been doing 80% builds because I'm too chicken to attempt a build up from a block of steel.
