A common theme of yours is we should respect and follow Trump because he is our leader.

If you had lived in the following countries would you have followed these leaders? The logic would be the same.

Hitler, Mussolini, Castro, Stalin, Putin, Duterte, Erdogan, Amin, Fanco, Hussein, and Gaddafi.

Well, Trump is not a dictator and I've yet to hear him advocate genocide...also pretty sure he has not assassinated any of his political rivals, or used chemical weapons on anyone...

so to make a long story short, No I don't believe I would support any of your "logical" nominees...Not talking

If it had come down to Hillary vs Putin I probably would have stayed home. At that point what difference would it make?
